At The Palette Co., we create handcrafted and thoughtfully designed products. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Return Window

Returns are accepted only within 3 days from the date you receive your order. After that, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

We offer returns and refunds only in the case of damaged or defective products.
To be eligible:
- The damage/defect must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photos and a video of the damaged product.
- Send the proof of damage to: thepalettecoinfo@gmail.com
Once your claim is approved, you may proceed with returning the product.

Conditions for Return

For your return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

The Palette Co. reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions above are not met.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Your refund will be processed within 7 days.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Returning the Product

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of sending the return unless the product arrived damaged.
